About Me

Minimal Modern Contour Buildable Arch

I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and I love every second of it!

It’s a real passion of mine to help people gain ​strength, improve their cardiovascular fitness, ​as well as improve their balance and flexibility.


I currently teach at a number of clubs, ​companies and community centres across the ​city and my classes include Pilates, group cycle, ​aqua strength and strength and resistance.


I am also a breathwork teacher, focusing on ​emotional health by working directly with the ​nervous system and I have recently launched ​Wellness Day Retreats in Aberdeen.
