About Me
I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and I love every second of it!
It’s a real passion of mine to help people gain strength, improve their cardiovascular fitness, as well as improve their balance and flexibility.
I currently teach at a number of clubs, companies and community centres across the city and my classes include Pilates, group cycle, aqua strength and strength and resistance.
I am also a breathwork teacher, focusing on emotional health by working directly with the nervous system and I have recently launched Wellness Day Retreats in Aberdeen.

Pilates
These sessions focus on working the whole body with the main focus on building core strength. You will also work on increasing your flexibility, balance and posture. Suitable for all abilities.
Breathwork
Take some time out to calm down the nervous system, clear stress from the body and allow yourself to relax, restore and rest.
